Judicial Access

Welcome to Judicial Access, PDF
where we strive to turn “justice for all” into reality. The primarily goal of our business is to provide the Arizona’s residents with affordable alternative to the traditional judicial access which seems to have become inaccessible to many who cannot afford the cost. Although we currently offer assistant only with Immigration matters, we are constantly building up a list of other Arizona LDPs who specialize in other legal areas and therefore, even if we many not be able to assist you with your non-immigration legal document needs, we are certain we can refer you to someone who can help you in a competent and professional manner.

Although the list below is not inclusive of all immigration services we offer, it  represents the most common and frequent immigration inquiries that are received and processed by the USCIS on regular basis. We, just like attorneys, can help you with preparation of these documents (as well as the ones not listed). We only charge a fraction of what an attorney would charge for the same service. It is true that we cannot represent you but attorneys can, however, keep in mind the price that attorneys charge to prepare your document does not - in many cases - include any representation beyond simple document preparation. In most cases, they won’t even grab the phone to call someone on your behalf without charging you extra fees. Their published rates for Document Preparation Services usually come with a fine print disclaimer excluding attendance at any interviews or appeals of denials.

On January 16, 2003 an Administrative Order of the Arizona Supreme Court was adopted establishing the Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer Program, which gave the residents of Arizona another choice in deciding the best way to handle their legal affairs. Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparers, also simply referred to as Legal Document Preparers (“LDP”), are individuals certified by the Arizona Supreme Court's Certification and Licensing Division to prepare or provide legal documents for people who do not have an attorney.  Most Legal Document Preparers are paralegals who meet the eligibility requirements established in Section 7-208 of the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration.  Legal Document Preparers may, according to the Arizona Supreme Court, "provide general factual information pertaining to legal rights, procedures, or options available to a person in a legal matter when that person is not represented by an attorney."  Legal Document Preparers are not employed by attorneys; therefore, they are able to establish their own fees.  The costs of having a Legal Document Preparer draft and file your legal documents are usually significantly lower than what an attorney would charge for a similar service.
